A coffee roasting machine is the heart of every Roastery, and having a malfunctioning machine can certainly throw a wrench in your production and supply to your customers.
We offer general servicing, repair, technical support and refurbishing/restoration of a wide range of machines as well as consulting. Additional services we can offer are Cropster software setup and implementation, Green coffee sourcing, purchasing and forecasting, sourcing roastery plant equipment, roastery design, Production scheduling, roaster/coffee profiling and quality control processes and procedures.
We specialise in most makes and models of roasting machines ( please review the list below ), We can diagnose problems and service your machine efficiently and set up your facility to a world-class standard. If you have any questions or require some additional assistance with your roastery, we can provide training and tips in addition to our services.
As most roastery equipment is difficult or too large to move, we come to you or can provide online support through Zoom video conferencing ( please contact us for additional information ), a prepayment of $287.50 ( incl GST ) is required upon booking and includes the first hour of work/assessment. Additional rates after an assessment are charged at $230 ( incl GST) per hour.
