The Journey In the coffee industry, there is no substitute for time behind the machine. For nearly 30 years, I’ve lived and breathed every stage of the process—from the first crack of a roast to the complex logistics of global equipment supply. Having navigated the evolution of roasting technology firsthand, I’ve seen where the industry excels and, more importantly, where it falls short.

After decades of representing global brands, I realised that the "perfect" solution isn't always found in a catalogue—sometimes, it has to be built. This realisation led to the birth of Pegasus Coffee Systems and the continued growth of Silverback Coffee Solutions, with the focus entirely on providing roasters with what they actually need: equipment that is smarter, leaner, and built for the realities of a modern production floor.
